Fun at the lake

When I started running this morning at 7 AM, I could tell it was going to be hot today. As it turns out, today was the first 100+ degree day of the year, and what better way to spend it than at the lake?

Kanu joined me and Crenshaw for a fun outing at Folsom Lake, where the boys spent their time fetching bumpers from the lake. Swimming is great exercise, especially for older dogs like Crenshaw.
